Premium cable clamps for high voltage / medium voltage / low voltage cable clamp applications
Features & benefits:
- Patented clamping design, which optimises clamping force at both the attachment point, as well as the cable, via securing each clamp half separately. In doing so, cables can be aligned and located in the bottom half of the clamp prior to final tightening.
- Integral stainless steel clamping plates, to ensure consistent clamping pressure, on both sides of the clamp. This eliminates tilting of clamps, as well as flexing of the clamp body during tightening, so as to evenly distribute clamping forces
- Graduated holding pressure, via the use of elastomeric inserts, which ensures that the significant forces imparted during managed.
- Patented Slider Plate / Barrel Nut locking design, provides superior clamping performance to other bolted type clamps, which rely on tightening forces generated from bolts inserted through the top of the clamp, as the primary retention device
- Custom designed elastomeric inserts, can accommodate round, oval and “triround” type cable profiles, with no damage to the cable insulation
- Elastomeric inserts are captive within the clamp body, ensuring that they are not dislodgedormisalignedwhilst installation occurs – particularly important in vertical orientations.
- Made from impact Resistant Halogen Free, Self-Extinguishing polymer material, optimised for use in harsh outdoor environments. All clamps are supplied with Stainless Steel hardware.
